(B) Provide necessary resources for sustainability of your program(s)
(C) Maintain an ongoing relationship with you, your team and your community

Which program are you interested in implementing first?

Do you already have a trained leader/coach?
Do you have the space available for the program?
Do you have potential participants for the program?
How soon are you thinking about implementing the program?
Through the grant, we may be able to provide some resources and manpower to facilitate the implementation of the program you would like to bring to your population.
